The 2026 Version 7 update was developed by the EMS TAC Protocol Subcommittee and will go into effect on June 1, 2026.  The definitive source of the Snohomish County Protocols is contained within the Mission Critical Protocols (MCP) app, which is available to providers who work for an agency within Snohomish County.

In 2024 the protocols were updated to increase the adult dose of epinephrine for anaphylaxis to 0.5mg. Please replace the outdated cards showing the 0.3mg dose with this updated reference card.
