The 2026 Version 7 update was developed by the EMS TAC Protocol Subcommittee and will go into effect on June 1, 2026. 

The definitive source of the Snohomish County Protocols is contained within the Mission Critical Protocols (MCP) app, which is available to providers who work for an agency within Snohomish County. The PDF of V7 is primarily available for paramedic students, people interested in working in Snohomish County, and for other non-patient care references. MCP should be used for all patient care guidance.
