The Snohomish County Nurse Navigation Program is a partnership between Snohomish County 911 (SNO911), SCEMSA, local fire and EMS agencies, and healthcare partners to help connect patients with the most appropriate level of care for their needs.

For some non-emergency medical concerns, eligible callers may be connected with a licensed nurse who can provide guidance and help identify appropriate care options, including primary care, urgent care, telehealth services, or self-care. Ambulances continue to be dispatched for life-threatening emergencies.
